Ground breaking news at Queensgate, Potts Point
We are thrilled to share the success of our groundbreaking ceremony and announce the start of works at Queensgate, Potts Point. Hosted by Decode, the event welcomed esteemed guests including Tim Greer from Tonkin Zulaikha Greer, Brendan Jones from IRIS Capital, and Councillor Adam Worling and Lord Mayor Clover Moore from City of Sydney Council.
With speeches from our VIPs and the ceremonial sod-turning with golden shovels, the event was a true celebration of our progress and partnership and marks a significant milestone in our journey.
Queensgate holds a special place in the hearts of the community, with its colourful history and unique design born from extensive community consultation. Comprising 48 apartments, 60 hotel rooms, and a range of amenities, including two pubs and a medical center, it promises to breathe new life into the vibrant streetscape of Potts Point while retaining key heritage elements that define the streetscape of the metropolitan area.
