PROJECT DESCRIPTION

VUE sits on a prominent 5225sqm site at the northern end of Cronulla Mall and is set over two eight-storey buildings sharing a double-storey podium. The development will include 112 luxury apartments, 880sqm of commercial space and 3000sqm of retail space including the largest Harris Farm Markets in the southern hemisphere. VUE will set the bar for luxury living in Sydney’s South with residents of the new apartments having access to resort-style facilities including a north-facing pool, a large communal terrace with a pavilion, poolside lounges, sauna and open-air gym complete with breakout spaces for a range of activities.

APPROACH AND INNOVATIONS

As part of the development, an iconic mural depicting the emotional Sharks 2016 Grand Final win from the previous building will be re-instated in full life size within the new project. Find out more about its preservation in this article by 9News.
