The Lofts III.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Lofts III is a medium density mixed-use development in the heart of Sydney’s Inner West. The development features 103 architecturally inspired apartments (mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units), 3 retail spaces and 2 levels of basement car parking across 3 buildings.
Loft III is the third and final development of “The Lofts” project series, spanning in succession along Parramatta Rd, all build by Decode.

APPROACH AND INNOVATIONS

Ellipse Property considered the essence of local culture and community whilst conceptualising the design of this development. Marrying functional design and modern architectural finishes, the use of materials is carefully selected to ensure modest maintenance costs and maximise the longevity of the project, creating value for our end user.

The design of Lofts III is sophisticated and modern, yet the finishes were designed to need only modest maintenance. Apartments were built with full height glass doors, alfresco balconies to ensure every opportunity is maximised for sunshine, open views, and fresh air.

Understanding the importance of family and fostering a sense of community inspired the design of Lofts III. The functional layout of living spaces, contemporary open-planned kitchen, rooftop entertainment and barbeque area, kids play area, and carefully landscaped gardens within the precinct were all designed to last and carefully crafted to cater for the families of Lofts III.

OUTCOMES AND LESSONS LEARNT

We delivered the project on time and to budget. The client was highly satisfied with the delivery.
