PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Decode has been engaged to deliver the first two stages of a multi-staged masterplan development for the Al Faisal College, Austral Campus, with the intention to partner with Al Faisal College for all stages of the masterplan.

Al-Faisal College’s new $275 million master plan for its Austral campus will create places for more than 5,000 students over the next 20 years.

Stage 2 is the modification and extension of an existing building to serve as a central administration building for the larger school following the completion of all stages in the masterplan. In the shorter term, the building includes an additional 11 classrooms and library, addressing more immediate needs of the college.
