Civic Way, Rouse Hill will deliver 33 units of affordable housing consisting of studio units and 1-2 bedroom units into Sydney’s North West. A design and construct project, we’re proud to be partnering again with Link Wentworth to build sustainable communities and provide affordable housing.

APPROACH AND INNOVATIONS

Being built as part of the National Housing Accord which see NSW committed to the delivery of 3,100 new affordable homes in 2024-25, Civic Way, Rouse Hill is an opportunity for Decode to give back to the communities who need it most.
