PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This dynamic project involved the fit out and conversion of the existing two floors to meet the requirements of Confluence Water, who will support Sydney Water in delivering world-class leading technical services to over one million people living in the North region by driving innovation in design, construction and asset management. This includes renewal and upgrade of existing Sydney Water assets in the region, as well as the construction of new assets, such as pipelines, pump stations and wastewater treatment plants.

The new office accommodates almost 200 staff and includes a new kitchen, collaborative breakout spaces and meeting rooms with operable walls to ensure flexibility and facilitate an energetic and stimulating work environment.
