Decode has officially broken ground on Merewether Residences, marking the start of an exciting collaboration with Thirdi Group. This flagship Seniors Living development is uniquely positioned at the heart of the iconic Merewether Golf Course, offering a premium lifestyle for future residents.
The six-storey, $150 million plus mixed-use development will feature 178 apartments across 26,000 square metres. Residents will enjoy exceptional amenities, including a virtual concierge, cinema, pool, health and day spa, and exclusive access to the new Merewether Golf Course club headquarters.
