A Contract Administrator ensures all financial dealings associated with the procurement and managing of contracts for the construction process are carried out in accordance with the program.

You will work with the Senior Contracts Administrator / Project Manager to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget by reviewing, evaluating, implementing, and overseeing all contract policies, procedures, processes, and standards. You will have the opportunity to manage subcontractors and supplier’s performance under the direction of the Senior CA or Project Manager and ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the program specifications and drawings.

The Contracts Administrator also assists in the assessment of claims and makes appropriate recommendations for payment.

Job Description.

The Project Manager role is a senior role responsible for the delivery of projects within scope, designated timeframes, and budget. To achieve this outcome the Project Manager must correctly plan the project from conception through to completion.

The Project Manager Role is the role that ensures the project remains on target by maintaining an accurate construction program to ensure all activities are sequenced to deliver the project safely, on time and within budget.

To deliver the project safely, on-time and within budget the role requires the individual to maintain an intimate understanding of the costs of construction which includes a pre-commencement review of budget estimates and a thorough understanding of the Preliminary breakup and construction methodology imposed by the preliminary budget to ensure any deviation from the original estimate and scope of works is allocated to the correct stakeholder, being Decode, the client, or a sub-contractor.

The Project Manager is the key point of contact for the client and for stakeholder management and must provide leadership and strategic direction to his team up until the project finalisation review has been completed.

Job Description.

We are seeking a dedicated Foreman to ensure our construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. In this site-based role, you will be responsible for coordinating the site program, managing trades, and overseeing plant and equipment to ensure successful project completion. You will monitor safety regulations, ensure tasks are completed on schedule, and maintain overall quality assurance. You will work closely with the Site Manager and assist with coaching and managing staff to address performance issues.

Job Description.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a key role in developing new business and maintaining strategic market alliances. You will be responsible for identifying major issues and concerns on a project relating to risk/reward situations and ensuring that the proper procedures are in place to allow a smooth tender process.

In addition, you will collaborate with the Senior Executive Team Members and BID Management Control to plan development for future outcomes, and develop innovative and alternative construction methods. You will also work with business development and preconstruction to establish realistic time frames for estimates to be completed.
