We’re proud to announce the successful completion of the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase for Kléo, Mosman, in partnership with WINIM. Decode Construction has officially been appointed to deliver the construction of this boutique, heritage-inspired residential project.
Kléo, Mosman is designed to meet the growing demand for spacious, family-friendly apartments in Mosman, combining timeless elegance with modern functionality. Throughout the ECI phase, we worked closely with WINIM to bring the project to 85–90% design completion prior to construction, significantly reducing design and delivery risks for all parties.
As part of our ECI contribution, Decode:
- Provided construction and buildability advice
- Identified prefabrication opportunities and staging efficiencies
- Conducted site investigations and risk management
- Supported cost planning and program sequencing
- Reviewed documentation and helped secure key authority approvals
Our team will be getting started on site soon and are looking forward to setting new benchmarks for residential construction in the North Shore.
