Decode Group is proud to announce the signing of The Merewether Residences, a $100M+ over-55s lifestyle development in the heart of Newcastle. This landmark project is being delivered in partnership with Third.i, marking our second major collaboration with them.
The Merewether Residences will include:

- 400+ car spaces
- A 26,000m² mixed-use precinct
- Six-storey development featuring elevated lifestyle and wellness facilities
The project is designed with a strong focus on wellbeing and connectivity, and will feature state-of-the-art amenities including:
- Cinema and entertainment rooms
- An indoor pool and wellness spa
- Direct resident access to the golf course, an established staple of Newcastle since 1933
- A new home for the Merewether Golf Club headquarters
