Funding the Future platform, launched in collaboration with Resilience Insurance, has been shortlisted in the Thought Leadership – Industry Excellence category at The Urban Developer Awards. In 2024-25, this initiative tackled the critical challenges in construction funding by fostering open dialogue among leaders in construction, finance, and regulation.

The Switch, Kensington project has been shortlisted as finalists for AIB Professional Excellence Awards 2025 in the Student Accommodation category. Taking over a complex, distressed project midstream, our team brought it back on track through expert coordination, heritage restoration, and exceptional project leadership. This recognition reflects the team’s dedication to quality and professionalism under pressure.
