Decode is proud to announce that construction has officially commenced at Kléo, Mosman, following a significant groundbreaking ceremony held on-site with our project partner, WINIM.
This moment marks the start of building works and Decode’s first collaboration with WINIM, celebrating the successful delivery of an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase. Together, we’ve laid the strategic and structural foundations for what will become a boutique residential development in one of Sydney’s most iconic suburbs.
Kléo Mosman is a project defined by timeless design and inspired by Victorian architectural forms, the building will feature sweeping curves, elegant columns, and a thoughtful design approach that brings together heritage and modern luxury.
With site works now underway, our team is focused on delivering the project with the excellence and attention to detail that Decode is known for.
