About the project

Lump Sum contract to fit out the first class new service centre for Audi which was to become the largest automotive service facility in the southern hemisphere.

The facility is located on Levels 3 and 4, 2a Defries Avenue, Zetland, within the busy East Village shopping centre and residential apartment complex.

Equipped with the latest high-tech and specialised equipment, the facility was designed to provide the most comprehensive customer service experience worthy of the prestigious Audi brand.

The 4,000sqm facility features a valet drop off and pick up point, retail space, lounge / waiting area with coffee and food bar, power and wifi stalls, office space, car park, car wash and a considerable car servicing workshop.

The concept and design of the new service centre focused on creating a car servicing facility in Australia that reflected the high building and finishes standards of Audi.

The mandate of the facility’s design also entailed a customer-centric flow of service whereby customers are able to drive into the facility, leave their vehicle with a valet and be escorted into Audi’s lounge area to relax whilst their vehicle is taken through a sequential servicing process.

The facility’s back of house has been installed with the latest equipment and machinery known in the automotive industry capable of repairing all automobile issues regardless of complexity.

As a consequence of this, the Audi Centre Sydney Service & Parts has set an industry benchmark in customer service and quality standards.
